Eric Baptiste

With 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Eric has influenced broadcast media and cultural policy, and promoted creative talent around the world. In January 2021, he cofounded QwantumRights Solutions, a software and consultancy provider for creative industries worldwide. Most recently, he served as the CEO of the Society of Composers, Authors & Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) from 2010 to 2020. Held the position of Director General of CISAC from 1998 to 2010, and chair of its board from 2014 to 2019. Served as vice chair of FastTrack for 5 years and chair of the ISAN International Agency for 11 years. Held senior management positions in radio in France from 1990 to 1998.
