Jerrold Seeman

Jerrold S. Seeman, Esq. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Luxcore, Ltd., the international business development and communications firm that is the representative of the Luxembourg Trade & Investment Office in New York, among other clients. An attorney and corporate counselor, he advises management and government officials and executes positioning strategy and constituent/investor relations for international economic development, mergers and acquisitions, control contests, IPOs, financial transactions, litigation, crises, bankruptcy, service firm and product launches, community and labor relations.

A senior practitioner with extensive experience in government relations and international trade, capital markets, legal and financial services, biotech, medical devices [published author], high tech and new media, he is trained in corporate and securities law and conducted graduate work in organizational psychology.

As a business-to- business development expert, he has provided new business opportunities, communications and investor relations counseling to new technology companies, and managed global marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients, as well as working extensively with fund administrators, trust companies, law and global accounting firms and practice groups.

A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, he pursued graduate and undergraduate studies in psychology at New York University. Past President and Member of the Board of the Georgetown Club of Metropolitan New York, he is also a member of The University Club in New York.
